- a home as security for the loan, a villa or a holiday home
- mortgage up to 75% of the property's current value

Our customers today are companies and entrepreneurs within agriculture and forestry, those living in farming and forestry properties and homeowners and savers. We are a member owned bank which means that our customers within agriculture and forestry are our owners.
That’s happy news for us! You can apply for a housing loan for properties (detacheded houses) if you are of legal age and registered in Sweden. Landshypotek Bank's mortgages are in Swedish kronor and we can grant loans to you who have income in Swedish kronor. If you have income in another currency, we can unfortunately not grant a mortgage. You need a private home as security for the loan, a villa or a holiday home. The house can be mortgaged up to 75% of the property's current value. When you submit your application for a mortgage, we carry out a customary credit check. If you, or your co-applicant, has a payment remark, we will unfortunately not be able to grant a mortgage.

All our savings accounts are covered by the deposit guarantee. Please note that our savings account only can be used for deposits and withdrawals in Swedish kronor.
